Tamara Hight - Co-Owner/Director
Tamara Hight, wife and mother of two hails from Orange County, California where she worked primarily in Administration and Finance for a nationwide auto finance company.  The desire to start a family and become the primary care giver for their children prompted Kyle and Tamara to sell their home in Lake Forest, California and relocate to Arizona in 2004 where they welcomed the birth of their first daughter in May 2005, and that of their second daughter in October 2007.  Tamara says of her "BizEFamily" (the members of the networking group), "The amount of unwavering support that I and my family have received from this group of such incredibly generous and caring people make me want to be a better person, mom, wife, and community member."  Kyle and Tamara's eldest daughter was diagnosed with Hepatoblastoma, a very rare liver cancer, in July of 2008 shortly after her 3rd birthday.  During their unfamiliar, scary, and uncertain travels down the road to their daughter's surgery, treatment, recovery and path back to health, the members provided support and assistance in numerous ways and "...made it feel as though we weren't alone in this."  Tamara says further of her BizEFamily, "I am forever changed and grateful for the amazing people that I have met through this organization and will always do my best to honor the founding beliefs of BizEWorks and what it represents."
 
Laura Wintemute- Co-Owner/Director
Laura Wintemute was one of the founding eight members of BizEWorks. Laura is an Arizona native who was raised in Tucson and moved to Phoenix in 2003. She is married to her college sweetheart, Brooks, and is the mother of two children, a boy named Taylor born in December of 2004, and a daughter, Jasmine, born in March of 2008. Aside from working full-time with BizEWorks, Laura is also a certified CPR instructor aligned with the American Heart Association, and is working toward her Elementary Education Certification. Laura is genuinely excited and proud of the company's growth and the camaraderie developed among members, as well as the opportunity for BizEWorks to have an active role in the local community.

Delia Neal- Event Coordinator
Delia Neal is an ardent supporter of local businesses who recognizes the necessity of small business owners in the wider economy.  Delia appreciates the need for small business owners to make this country what it is. BizEWorks offers small business owners a professional venue for support, information and collaboration.  Delia is proud to be involved with BizEWorks as an organization solely concerned with the development and growth of the small business owner.

Kimberly Emminger- Webmaster
Kimberly Emminger is a mother of two, a code junky and an active scholar of web design, programming and online marketing techniques. Adopted from Thailand, Kimberly has lived in Scottsdale, Arizona most of her life. In 2007, she was inspired to create her own web design and virtual assistance practice due to the ongoing need of flexibility for her Autistic daughter and family. While she searched for companies needing support during her early stages, Kimberly discovered Laura and Tamara. BizEWorks offered the type of word of mouth marketing and affiliation critical to any new small business and she knew they were in need of a web designer. Most importantly, Kimberly was very excited about their enthusiasm, dedication and "momprenuer" sprit. Therefore, Kimberly and BizEWorks established a strategic partnership, one that has been long lasting and fruitful over the years. Kimberly says, "I am very proud to be apart of BizEWorks and you have helped me grow in many ways as a designer and a business. Debbie Grant-Membership Coordinator
Debbie Grant has lived in Arizona most of her life and considers herself a native. She moved here with her family from Maui, Hawaii when she was very young. She is professional hula dancer and has been with the same troupe for over 25 years. She loves to do outdoor activities such as; gardening, bicycle riding and going for walks. Debbie lives in Tempe with her husband and their yellow lab, Murray. Debbie is so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful BizEWorks group and for all she's learned. Jennifer Wing- Marketing Team
Jennifer, although having no children, manages to keep busy since beginning her latest solo business venture in SEO and Freelance writing.  Being a writer for most of her life, she most recently learned search engine optimization and mixing the two together offered her a career she thoroughly enjoys. She truly loves this industry because of the rewards it provides for the efforts one puts into it.  She gets great excitement when seeing her customers ranking in the search results; sometimes a bit more excited than even the client.  Jennifer says, “That’s the kind of stuff that keeps me interested!” Jennifer also stated that success is about loving what you do and says that anyone who does - is successful. Besides work, Jennifer enjoys gardening, reading, music and singing.
